Vensure is a social media platform I created for adventure enthusiasts. It was designed for locals that want to have a different perspective of their city and for tourists that want to experience a foreign city as a local. Whether it is sharing the best burrito or an off the map hiking trail, this is the platform for it.
The concept dealt with the words nostalgic and escapism. These keywords were carried through to the brand aesthetic in the secondary graphics. I treated my photographs with a purple tint and rotated them to obscure angles to symbolize seeing landscapes differently. I also used vector line drawings of maps to show urban navigation. The type badges were implemented to appeal to a younger demographic.
